Hello, my name is Robert Pitard of Triad Associates, Inc.
I'm a 25+ year veteran of the trades, of whom is passionate about homes, buildings & architecture, retail/commercial properties...and all facets of construction. I enjoy interacting with clients and meeting new people, designing & collaberating, and working with like-minded skilled professionals. I'm creative in nature, have vision, have a detailed/keen and artsy eye, with a flair for design & creation. From an early age I've always enjoyed building and creating things by building them from scratch and/or breaking something down, and then rebuilding them back again...and that same mentallity still holds true to this day.
Born & raised in New England, originally from Western MA. Spent several years living directly downtown Boston, MA and points North. I now currently reside in Southern New Hampshire with my wife and 15-year old son. As a long standing resident of the NE Area, I have a deep understanding of the local New England market, style & flair, tradtions, and themes of the properties it encompasses.
I attended Assabet Valley Regional Vocation High School in my early years while growing up in a home where-as my father owned & opreated his own General Construction / Contracting compay. Many of those years I worked side-by-side with my father on various High-end construction projects (to include the construction of his/our own custom home). I then served in the US Army for 2-Years on Active Duty, and another 6-Years in the Army Reserves (Obtaining the rank of SSG-E6) by the age of 24.
I studied Engineering & Computer Science at UMASS of Lowell (Formerly...University of Lowell). Over the numerous years I have worked in several capacities ranging from Sales, Project Management, and Operations all with a Construction/Trades based focus, and discipline.
Additional skills & background include; Carpentry, Electrical (both Union & Non-Union), Lighting and Lighting Control, A/V, Audio Video, Video Distribution & Sound, Home Control, Home Automation, Architecture, and Real Estate.
Working for Triad Associates has afforded me the opportunity to further fuel such desires to "Visualize, Build and Create," but now obviousily on a "Bigger & Better" scale. It also offers me the opportunity to further apply myself in creative & challenging, new ways.
